Since 1966, more people have checked in than have checked out at the famous A. Lincoln Motel on Route 66 in Springfield, IL. For that reason, it has long been abandoned. Many speculate that it’s haunted by Lincoln himself or John Wilkes Booth’s ghost, still searching for his next victim.
